Dog attack survivor - Scout

Hi there. My name's Scout. And I need your help.

I was having the time of my life with my little border collie sister and friends at a local school when I was attacked by two cattle dogs. It was very dark and I tried hard to get away. I even rolled over for them. But I unfortunately suffered some pretty nasty wounds and bites.

Unfortunately the other owner was very very aggressive to my human and she didnt get the young ladies details which is causing her a lot of stress.

As you can imagine the vet bill was pretty high. My human has pet insurence but it won't cover all the costs. My human is also very proud and hates asking others for help so I'm trying hard to write this with my chest open, my cone of shame on and no fingers.

I had my first surgery last week and it was a success but unfortunately I've picked up an infection that has meant the removal of the stitches in my chest and a swab to see what it is. More vet visits. Sigh. I don't like the vet place but luckily I love the vet. This also means the possibility of another surgery and more costs.
