Dog hit by car left to suffer

Hi, my name is Joice And I am raising funds for these dogs medical treatment. He was hit by a car with no care in the world from the driver as to his injuries after she hit him. He lay on the ground screaming in agony and x-rays revealed a badly broken femur. Surgury can only be done/repaired by an orthopedic surgeon only.

Not only that as if this boy couldn’t catch a break it only five years old his blood work came back irregular and he cannot have surgery with the risk of dying on the table
