Support for dog on ventilator in ICU

I am fundraising for my nearly 80 year old widowed Nan’s dog Tilly who is her entire world. She has a rare neurological disease called idiopathic popyradiculoneuitis which has no known cause and affects the nerves and lungs. She has been paralysed from this. She is on a ventilator in the RVC ICU and is receiving critical care. She has a tracheostomy, a central line, feeding tube and urinary catheter. She is making slow progress and if she comes off the ventilator will need lots of physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to try and regain movement.

She is a lovely 10 year old dog who means so much to us all, and unfortunately the treatment and intensive care is becoming costly. The ventilator and ICU care have already exceeded the insurance limit, and if she fully recovers as she will still be unable to walk and need lots of equipment and assistance. Funds would be much needed and appreciated to support her on the ventilator for as long as possible to try and make a recovery for our brave little girl ❤️
