Dog park memorial for Margaret Schultz

Our beloved mother, Margaret Schultz, passed away at her home on Sunday, June 14th, 2020. 
 
For those of you who didn't know her personally, she was a loving, hilarious, compassionate person that genuinely cared for everyone around her. 

With two sons, a son-in-law, and a daughter, Margaret's house was usually filled with her children and a never ending stream of their friends. She would care for them, feed them, and spoil them all as if they were her own. She would also make sure to let them know when they needed to shape up, too. She loved people, and it was just in her nature to care for them.
 
Our Mom, also affectionately referred to as Mops, loved dogs, was most definitely what you would call a "dog person." It's no surprise that they took to her, too, as dogs can often immediately recognize people they can trust. They seemed to instantly know that they were safe around her. Mops loved taking her dogs on walks and to parks around Memphis.

In honor of Mops and her compassionate nature, we'd like to add some amenities to the Central Bark in Memphis, TN. We intend to add water station(s), a bench, and a memorial plaque, so that others may enjoy spending time with their companions just as Mops enjoyed hers. Any additional or remaining funds will be donated to the Humane Society. 

Any amount of support is tremendously appreciated. Though our hearts ache as we mourn the passing of our dear mother, daughter, sister, and great friend, we hope to cherish her memory with this gift for others to enjoy with their pups.
