Dog Pound weightlifting Family van

Donation protected
Started in 2013 as a way to help football players become better athletes, it was soon realized we had an avenue to touch the lives, be mentors, lead and impact youth, develop confidence, teach commitment, develop relationships, most importantly bring God into  the lives of those who are part of the Dog Pound.  During its existence we have had nearly 75 young adults be part of the Dog Pound. Currently we have 25 active members. Members at any one time range from 8th grade to high school seniors.  Members participate in a variety of sports and includes both males and females.  At times we have had older members who carried the responsibility of driving ( 30 min drive) to the gym. Our need for a van is to minimize driving by the athletes. Reduce risk of injuries and accidents. Provide more time together bonding. Allow us to have more young members who can’t drive. It would also reduce the expense of providing fuel cost to those who drive. Currently that cost runs approximately 350 dollars a month. Which is paid for by my family at this time. We are looking to raise money which would allow us to buy a 12-15 passenger van. If you are led to help we thank you. Bless everyone for reading our story.
