Irish Cancer Society, Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation and Pieta House have been added as beneficiaries to this raffle.

#DoItForDan is now officially #DoneItForDan and following consultation with the organisers of the #DoItForDan trust we have decided to divide the proceeds of this raffle equally 4 ways between the 3 charities above and the #DoItForDan trust.

Thanks to everyone who has entered the raffle to date but as charities are struggling in these challenging times we appeal to people to stay entering the raffle so we can raise as much money as possible for the above 3 worthy charities that do so much in Irish society and have touched us all in some shape or form ☘️

We hope to announce a second place novelty prize in the coming days

The draw will be held by live stream via our Facebook page "Hennessy Auctioneers Machinery Auctions" on Bank Holiday Monday 4th May at 8pm.

To enter the draw follow the link below to our Go Fund Me Page and donate €10 (or multiples of €10 to enter a number of times). Please put your area, townland or local town in brackets after your name in the event there are duplicate names so we can distinguish between people for the purposes of the draw.

Finally we would like to wish little Dan Donoher and his family all the best in the coming months as he undergoes his treatment. The #DoItForDan movement has taken on a life of its own over the past 2 months with the whole country coming together to do their bit for this great cause in these strange and testing times

#DOITFORDAN Tractor Raffle

For a €10 donation you will be in with a chance to win this David Brown 780 vintage tractor sponsored by Hennessy Auctioneers

We have organised this raffle for young aspiring farmer Dan Donoher who just turned 1 years recently and is fighting a life threatening disease called SMA Type 1. All proceeds of the raffle are going towards the cost of the life saving treatment (costs €2m+) in the US which will give Dan a fighting chance to allow him help his father Niall and grandfather Matt on the family farm one day, to play football with Courtwood GAA and go to Rath primary school with his little friends.
