DOMESTIC WORKERS IN THE HAMPTON, NY

The coronavirus pandemic has been catastrophic for cleaners and babysitters since March 16, we were fired by our employers because of the pandemic, others stayed working two days a week, but now we are out of work and without income, most of us do not qualify to apply for unemployment, we cannot explain how this devastating news affects our lives

In response, we started the workers' relief fund as a vehicle to raise money that we will distribute equitably among 45 members of our community and neighbors affected by the pandemic.

7 people from whom we took the initiative are infected with COVID-19 protected in their homes, with little or no income they cannot have medical help because they do not have insurance and others have already gone to the hospital and told them to stay home only if they have problems to breathe they call the hospital, it is a very difficult situation we are mothers and we have small children
  
We ask for your help, we are a team of home cleaners in HAMPTON NY. we need for basic expenses, such as paying rent, food, and medicine,
