Donations for Dominic Dupont

On November 18, 2015, the lives of my friend and co-worker, Jenn Dupont, and her husband, Brett, would be changed forever. What should have been a routine check-up for their two month-old son, Dominic, ended in total chaos.  He was rushed by ambulance to the Cleveland Clinic’s downtown campus. After many tests, the doctors discovered that he had a heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF)/Pulmonary Atresia, along with a hole in the muscle between the two lower chambers of his heart.  He was rushed into emergency surgery where a shunt was implanted to allow his heart to receive oxygen.  Dominic will need another surgery in approximately three to six months. The family will need assistance with medical expenses and beginning next month they will be responsible for paying full health insurance premiums through COBRA, which are extremely expensive. Please help me assist this precious family in their time of need.
