Dominique needs full mouth dental implants

Hello, my name is Dominique. This is awkward for me but I’m in need of assistance. I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in May 2009 but the symptoms started the morning of my 21st birthday which was in March 2009. The chemo drugs and radiation has turned my oral health into a disaster. I have many chipped, missing, and decayed teeth.

Smiling with my mouth closed has become the new normal and I hate it. Family pictures and public outings make me feel embarrassed and ashamed. I’m always putting my hands over my mouth when I talk or laugh and recently even eating is painful. The cover photo doesn't represent me now but a time when i was happier. I didn't feel comfortable posting a present photo smiling.

I have no income so it's impossible to get a loan and I have no income because I can't work. Medicare won't cover it due to me not being older than jesus(humor). The dental insurance i do have covers 2 implants per 12 months. Ummm thats a whole decade of no smiles and awkward facial expressions so i am trying to raise 40k for full mouth dental implants.
