Dominique's Medical Mission Trip to the DR

Hey Everyone!

It’s Dom! Hope you’re all doing awesome! So, I’ve got some exciting news. I’m about to graduate from grad school in December! Before I put on that cap and gown, though, I’m joining another life-changing medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic. Remember the last one with the fantastic ENT surgeons from Rush University? Yup, doing it again!

Being a grad student, funds are tight, so I’m reaching out for a little help. I’m trying to raise some money to cover my flight, food, local transport, and stay for this trip in November. Every little bit will help make a big difference!

We’re heading to the Dominican Republic, where sadly, many people struggle to get the surgeries they need because of the lack of resources. Sometimes, they wait for months or even years, and the cost for surgical necessities can be more than a family’s yearly income.

We’ll be working hand in hand with local doctors, students, and other medical professionals, sharing knowledge and providing free services, equipment, medicine, and more to the patients. It’s all about making a positive impact and helping where we can!
