Don & Sharon Van Kampen

This past Saturday evening, 6/25/2022,

our dear friend, Don Van Kampen, was in a motorcycle accident. He suffered a bruised spine and fractured neck. Don’s surgery was performed on Sunday 6/26/2022 to repair damage to his neck and he is doing as well as can be expected but will have recovery time

before he is able to return to work. Please be reminded that Don underwent surgery to relieve nerves in his neck approximately 16 months ago and this was re-injury to that area due to his accident, we say this only to say that the Van Kampen’s have already recently gone through a period of time in which Don was out of work for recovery so this is another financial hardship for the couple.

Our aim as a motorcycle family is to provide help with groceries and monthly bills until he is able to be back to his career full time.

We still do not know the full recovery time that will be needed but we do know we must move in swiftly to help so he does not rush his healing process to return to work.

Please give what you are able to, what your heart moves you to, that is all we are seeking at this time. We will give updates here on time frames needed for help as we see the updates come in.
