Donahue Medical Fundraiser

Hi, Our names are Tressa, Brooke, and Lana. We are doing a fundraiser for our parents. Our parents are going through hard times physically and financially. Our dad, Whitney Donahue, has been dealing with many strokes that messed up the left side of his brain. His most recent stroke happened on April 10, 2022. The stroke affected both sides of his brain and the left side of his body. He spent 2 weeks in Chambersburg hospital and now is in rehab at the hospital. The therapists are stating possible 2 months in rehab before coming home. With the extent of brain damage and left limb weakness, Dad is not able to go back to work.

Before our dad had his major stroke, our mom, Teresa Donahue, found out that she has genetic-based cancer called desmoid tumor sarcoma. Mom has 2 tumors in her abdomen. The tumors will continue to grow and attach to major organs if she doesn't start chemo pills. Her chemo medicine will cost up to $2,000 with insurance per month. This does not include her traveling to Hershey Medical Center for her to get her monthly screenings and labs to check if her tumors are shrinking. Along with her trying to take care of herself, she is driving to Chambersburg up to twice a day to see her husband. With both of their serious medical conditions, they are worried about the money not coming in and all the medical bills that are coming their way. We want to help lighten the load off of them as much as we can. All proceeds will go to medical bills and copays. If you can give, we would greatly appreciate it.
