Donate for Buddy's Critical Medical Tests

Hi, everyone.

My name is Micki and I am raising funds for my orange cat, Buddy’s MRI / rhinoscopy.

All funds will go directly towards his MRI and further treatment costs.

In January of 2024, he came down with a sinus infection which I thought was “routine.” He has allergies, so URIs aren’t necessarily uncommon, but after two rounds of antibiotics and steroids, he was still showing no improvement. Then he started getting nosebleeds alongside the symptoms and repeat infections.

I’ve done every test imaginable. I even had him sedated so his vet could go in through his palate to look for growths/polyps. I have spent over $4,000-$5,000 of my own money so far on vets, emergency room visits (for bleeding), medication, treatments, and tests. The only thing we ever found was a positive for feline herpes. We’re now in November 2024, and he’s still getting URIs, even after two rounds of herpes treatment. The next step is an MRI and rhinoscopy/biopsy, which the vet quoted at $4,500.
