David, better known as baby, daddy, pops, and brother was one of the simplest and purest souls that God ever created. His amazing hugs would soothe and sweet kisses would warm your entirety.
He followed after Jesus and spent his life as a simple, carpenter, working tirelessly to support his family. He was honest, hard-working, and above all loved unconditionally loved anyone that was brought into his life.
David passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023 at the age of 71. He was born on March 27, 1952 to Hubert and Addie Eggleton in Cordele Georgia, where he grew up, met the love of his life, Elaine, at the age of 21 married her and made one of the most spectacular lives with her. They just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 2, 2023.
David and Elaine had two girls, Michelle and Shannon. He took pride in his family and was a devoted family man always making time for his wife, his girls and all his grandchildren. Having his family all together was his greatest joy in life.
David loved baseball, Go Braves, he loved music and was a bass player in his church’s praise band. He also loved being on the river fishing for that big catch.
David is proceeded in death by his father Hubert and his mother Addie and three of his Grandsons Luke, Hayden and James. He is survived by his wife Elaine, his daughters Michelle (Chad) and Shannon, his grandkids, Brennan Eggleton (Jacklyn) , Garret Messer (Brenna), Lauren “Tyler”Messer, Addison Turcanu (Virgil), Robert Waters Jr. , Molly and Madalyn Livingston and his great granddaughter, Amila Turcanu.
