Hi! My name is Eli (he/him), and I am a 20-year old trans guy from Pennsylvania. This December, I am checking off the box of what feels like the final step in my transition and am getting top surgery! As a college student, I need some help raising the funds to pay for this gender-affirming and life-saving surgery.
