Donate for Jeffery's Life-Saving Kidney Transplant

Hello Everyone,

I know funds are tight for everyone now a days but we are reaching out for just a little help. We are on the second part of Jeffery getting on the kidney transplant list as he was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease in October of 2022. However that means we have 5 more appointments set up that he cannot miss or it will ruin his chance of getting on any transplant list. Those appointments are set on November 5th and mean everything to us. He needs that kidney. Any help would be very appreciated and will be used for travel expenses. Thank you all and God bless.
