Update. I have new MRI images and talking to a new Dr that works with some good stem cell treatment Dr's in Houston. I am getting quotes and a treatment plan set up for here in the states. The treatment isn't quite as extensive as I would like but the cost may only be about half. Treatment will be about half of the care and in and out without the aftercare but will be a step in the right direction. Hoping for good things.

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, I have debated creating a GoFundMe for a few years now and the pain has gotten to a point where I need to explore other treatments that are not covered by insurance. This means I will have to pay for the total amount out of pocket.
My name is Derek Ross, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart, asking for help. As most of you know and for anybody that hasn't heard I was involved in a motorcycle accident several years ago that left me with permanent damage to the vertebrae in my neck. What seemed like a normal day turned into a life-changing event, and the harsh reality of living daily with chronic pain and limited mobility.
The impact of the accident has been devastating. After countless doctor visits, tests, and consultations, injections, treatments, as well as imaging showing degenerative disc disease I was told that the damage to my cervical spine is permanent. This means that I will face ongoing pain and difficulty in my daily life. The road to recovery will be long, and although there are some treatments available, the most promising option for improving my condition is stem cell therapy.
Stem cell treatment has shown incredible potential in healing and regenerating damaged tissues, and it could provide me with the chance to regain some quality of life, reduce pain, and regain mobility. However, the cost of this treatment is incredibly high and not covered by insurance. That’s why I’m turning to you for help.
The funds raised will go directly towards the stem cell therapy that could make a difference in my life. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will bring me one step closer to healing and regaining my independence.
