Donate for Van Ritshie's Medical Expenses

My name is Ricky Auchmoody, and I am raising money for the medical expenses for Van Ritshie.

Best known as "Van The Man'', waking up the Hudson Valley on Q92.1 for more than 3 decades. Local radio DJ Van Ritshie has recently suffered a stroke, forcing him into a Highland nursing home to continue his care.

As his family navigates his needs, we are asking his amazing friends and fans to help us raise funds, so care at the facility will not be interrupted.

Working more than 55 years as a radio on-air personality, Van Ritshie spent over 50 of those years here in the Hudson Valley. Besides waking up the Hudson Valley each and every morning on Q92.1, Van created and produced commercials for local businesses, DJ'ed weddings and parties, organized some of the wildest local ski trips and gave his time and talent to several charities, raising much needed funding.
