Hi my name is Francisco Paz I am fundraising for my brother (Carlos Hernandez Ortiz )that has passed away yesterday from a fatal shooting that wasn’t even intended for him he was a kind and caring brother, and friend, he was innocently shot from bullets that were intended for someone else. He died on the scene and anything would help to get my brother a place to rest peacefully forever.
