In memory of Carrie Henley

On Christmas of 2022, we lost my mom, Carrie Henley, to an overdose. Her death was shocking and completely unexpected to the point where we have been struggling for the past year and a half to do something. Our family is deeply grieving. We humbly ask for your prayers during this hard time.

I have a difficult time asking for help and was hoping to find a way myself over the past year and a half to do something in honor of my mom. Due to losing her to suicide, she had nullified her life insurance, making it a challenge to financially put together a service and honor her life.

Since her life insurance has been nullified, which was meant to cover costs, we have to humbly ask for some help financially. There are many details that have been and will be costly for us children. There are also several outstanding therapy bills for us children and we would like to put together some kind of Celebration of Life for her in Colorado as well as taking a trip to Minnesota to spread her ashes. We deeply appreciate your support and prayers during this unimaginable time.

I will post her Celebration of Life Service details when things are more put into place. Thank you all for understanding the gap in time and being patient with me as I have dealt with this unimaginable grief of losing my mother to suicide. I know she was dear to several friends and family. We can’t even express how heartbroken we are for her loss.
