Donate in memory of John Bellovich

On April 17, 2023 John Bellovich went to work at the Redcross, as he has been doing for the past 21 years. He was in perfect health, laughing and joking with family and friends just the night before. Around 5:30, his wife April gets the call that John had what appeared to be a seizure at work and that he was going to be transported to Regions. The family rushed down there to be by his side thinking they can see him after they run test and observe him. It turns out, that John did not have a seizure at work as they once assumed, but instead turned out to be a tear in the aorta (Aortic dissection) which the doctors at Regions weren’t able to fix with all their hard efforts. John passed away later that evening surrounded by family and loved ones. John was always very adamant that when he passed he would be an organ donor, helping whoever needed it.

John was a loving father to four sons, three stepchildren and grandfather to nine grandchildren. He also leaves behind a loving wife, April Bellovich, which he has been married to for twenty-five years. He will be greatly missed by many. Any donations will be used to take care of unexpected medical expenses, honoring his final wishes and taking care of his family.
