Donate in memory of Leo Artuso Sr.

Leo was one of the best bricklayers to ever grace this earth. I start out with that because he was the hardest working person I’ve ever known and truly exemplified the meaning of hard work and dedication. He was passionate about masonry and was proud of the name he built for himself and the lifelong friends he made along the way.

He was also a loving father, husband and grandfather. He worried constantly about those he loved and did his best to redeem himself. He was goofy and left a lasting impact on countless people. He loved very deeply and shared fond memories of his family and friends throughout his lifetime. His biggest wish was to have more time with us all. Sadly, his time was limited, but he fought with everything in him to continue to create memories.

I promised him I would make sure everything was taken care of and I would help my mom when he no longer could. She is going to need support from friends and family with her day to day and help financially with the expenses that come with the loss of a loved one. Leo did his best to provide for Nanc in the event he was no longer with us, however, he couldn’t have predicted the extended hospital stays and ambulance rides that came along with his illness. Health insurance thankfully covered his hospice care, however, only a portion of his medical bills and ambulance trips were covered.

He was my best friend and I will do my best to honor him and the promises I made to him. Any contribution, act of service, or just sharing this is greatly appreciated.
