My name is Bianca Velasquez and I've decided to start a gofundme account for my sister's funeral. Her life ended under the care of Pembroke Hospital in Massachusetts. It's important that we gather as family and friends to not only find out how this happened, but to lay her to rest the best way possible. She's well known by her family in New York and she's loved dearly by those close by. Let's do it for her. Let's do it the way she deserves.
