Donate in memory of Mary Waguthi Wanjohi [Grace's mom]

Dear family and friends,

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Mary Waguthi Wanjohi. On August 8th, 2024, she was admitted to OutSpan Teaching and Referral Hospital after suffering a ruptured appendix. Despite undergoing emergency surgery and further medical intervention, she faced unforeseen complications. Mary fought bravely but, sadly, left us this morning, August 29th, 2024, while in intensive care.

Mary was more than just a mother and grandmother; she was the heart of our family, a guiding light whose presence brought warmth and love to all who knew her. Our hearts are heavy as we come to terms with this profound loss.

We are in the process of arranging her funeral service, which will be held in Nyeri, Kenya. The exact date will be communicated as soon as it is confirmed.

As we navigate this incredibly challenging time, we find ourselves facing significant financial burdens due to the medical and funeral expenses.
