Donate in memory of Stacey Quinn

My name is Carrie and this is a fundraiser in memory of Stacey Quinn, sister of Niko Quinn, and mother of Jornelle Quinn. The Quinns were featured by Peggy Lowe in the NPR investigative podcast Overlooked. As a Kansas Citian, I was interested in learning more about the recent news about corruption in the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department. This podcast revealed incredibly abusive practices at the hands of detectives toward the black community here in KC. In the final episode, Niko Quinn shares her wishes to continue to move forward in a positive direction, buy a grave marker for her murdered sister, Stacey Quinn, and to help provide for Stacey’s son, Jornelle and his three children. This fundraiser is created to help her realize those goals.
