Hello, my name is Raylee Adair, and I’m heartbroken to share that my beloved sister, Tara Higgins, passed away unexpectedly on January 18, 2025, at the age of 36. Tara was a kind, loving soul who touched the lives of so many as a sister, daughter, friend, and coworker. She had an immense love for animals, a brilliant mind, and a heart of gold. Tara was always the first to lend a hand, often giving the shirt off her back to anyone in need.

She was a source of strength, guidance, and humor in my life—always knowing how to make me smile and making those around her feel special. Her selflessness, compassion, and wit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Tara leaves behind an incredible legacy of love, laughter, and warmth.

As we navigate this unimaginable loss, we are asking for help to cover her unexpected funeral expenses. Any donation, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated as we work to honor her memory and lay her to rest.

Tara’s graveside memorial service will be held on February 8th at 1 PM at New Bethal Cemetery in Anderson, MO. We will be accepting donations until February 15th.
