Donate in Memory of Theresa Haubrick
Donation protected
I am the oldest sister of Theresa Haubrick. I am raising money for a donation to Shiloh house, which is part of Volunteers of America. Shiloh house specializes in dual diagnosis of mental health, substance abuse and trauma. Shiloh house is one of a few programs my sister attended.
My sister passed unexpectedly on 4/16/24, almost a 1 year ago while receiving treatment at a different facility. As she was in treatment we were all shocked by the suddenness of her passing. However, she believed as well as our family that Theresa received the most support from Shiloh house which is evident by having treatment there more than once and even had graduated at one time.
As many know, seeing a loved one struggling with both mental health and substance abuse it is a ongoing battle. Theresa had continued to strive to persevere even up till her passing while in treatment. In her periods of stability during recovery she worked, attended some college and spent time with family and friends.
As the 1 year anniversary of her passing is approaching I would like to honor her memory in a donation to Shiloh house. Theresa left behind parents, siblings, child, grandchildren, aunts and uncles as well as cousins and many friends. She is very much missed by those that loves her.
If you can not donate, please share this fundraiser. Any amount will make a difference in the treatment of women how strive to cope with mental health, overcome addiction and process trauma. Facilities such as Shiloh house provide a healthy and safe environment to women that is very important in recovery. The sense of safety and on site supports it provides makes the chances of success much greater.
