Please give! Show some love for Chef Ben & family

We are organizing this effort to support our friend and colleague at Feast316, Benjamin Ortega.  You might know know this sweet, kind man as "Chef Ben," "Benji," or "Benny."  Please consider donating to help his family during this time. He's recovering from a nasty auto accident (as detailed below by his loving wife, Ingrid),

Dear Friends,

On July 17th, our beloved Benjamin was involved in a bad car accident.  While driving towards our little land to work, a log truck turned toward the highway without stopping.  Benjamin did not have enough time to stop, causing his car to slide under the truck and wedge itself there.  The accident caused a broken jaw and a fractured neck vertebrae.  After seeing the photos of the accident it is unbelievable that he survived and the injuries were not worse.  Surgery was done to fix the broken jaw and today he is home under the care of his family.  

It will be some time until Benjamin can go back to work.  Until then, we humbly ask for your financial support to help with medical and living expenses.
