Today, I come to you with a heartfelt request on behalf of a dear colleague, Andrew Julian (Andy) and his family.

Andy has dedicated over 20 years of service to our nation in a law enforcement capacity. Unfortunately, Andy has recently been facing some significant medical challenges over the past year which has depleted his entire medical leave stockpile and has put a long-lasting strain on his personal finances. He has shown immense strength as he's navigated through multiple surgeries and rehabilitation and hoping to get back to work by the end of the year.

As a community, the strength that we show is the foundation for unwavering support to a colleague that is in need of assistance. With gratitude and hope, I ask that you look at Andy's situation and help out the best way that you can.
