Help Support Chris

Our beloved urology resident, Chris Alabastro, was struck by a speeding car on March 18 while he crossed a street in a marked crosswalk. He was thrown 40 feet, sustained severe, life-threatening injuries and remains in critical condition at this time. He has a long recovery ahead, including additional surgeries and months of rehabilitation.

 

Those of us who are fortunate enough to have met Chris know what a kind, caring, and beautiful person he is; frequently sacrificing his own time and energy to help others, lending his smile and humor to brighten someone’s day, and providing excellent and compassionate care to his patients.

 

We have established this GoFundMe to assist Chris and his family during this time. Regardless of whether you are able to donate, we ask that you please join us in offering prayers or thoughts for his recovery. Chris absolutely loves being a surgeon, and we hope that following his recovery, he will be able to continue pursuing the lifelong goal that he has tirelessly worked to achieve.
