Help for expenses from Highland fire & relocation

Yesterday afternoon, I had to evacuate with my cat in a hurry because the Highland fire was spreading quickly up the mountain towards Running Springs, where I just moved to two months ago. We lost power so I knew I had to leave since I couldn’t get evacuation notices. I got me and and my cat in the car and started driving. We finally got Wi-Fi so we did get the mandatory evacuation notice so, good thing we left. I’m in a motel 6 an hour away bc they allow pets, but the expenses are adding up. You try to pack as much as you can, but it’s hard under the duress so I forgot some things and had to pick up stuff and food and water too. I’m running low on funds since I just paid rent. I also think the universe is telling me to move to a small city where this won’t happen again.
For now I’m not able to return home as both hwys are closed, and I can’t work since I work from home. My boss knows what’s happening, but due to all of this, I’ll need your help with expenses. Anything you can donate will help me a great deal.
It’s been a rough year for me, so I thank you for your kindness and generosity.
I will be looking for a new place out of LA since it’s too expensive there, and I don’t mind being in a smaller city or town. Thank you again. ❤️
