Donate to Cardiac Risk in Youth (CRY) and Seashell Trust

Donation protected
In April, Kellie and I will be embarking on a trek to Everest Basecamp. In doing so we are raising funds for both the Cardiac Risk in Youth (CRY) and the Seashell Trust. These momentous charities help countless young people each year and we feel excited at the prospect of supporting them.

Why are they wearing those bizarre hats you might be wondering...? As a further incentive if we reach our target goal I am going to put it to a vote and let everyone pick any hat of their choice for me to wear at basecamp (selfie proof will be provided)! Please write your headpiece of choice on the GoFundMe page and it will be put to a vote.

A little about each charity:

Twelve young people die each week from sudden cardiac arrest, CRY offers subsidised cardiac screening (an ECG) to all those between the ages of 14 & 35. This donation is in memory of my brilliant friend Clarissa Nicholls who would have made it to basecamp with a hop, skip, and a jump!

The Seashell Trust is a disability charity providing a holistic and supportive environment for children and young people with complex learning and communication needs. They provide 24-hour care to around 134 young people each year.

We would greatly appreciate any support, the donations will be spilt equally across these two formidable charities.
