Donate to Celebrate Virginia 'Jenny' Amend's Life

On December 25, 2024, at 7:26 pm, my mother, Virginia "Jenny" Amend, passed away peacefully following a long and valiant battle with chronic kidney and heart disease.

For the past 10 years, she was receiving dialysis treatment three times a week. Due to her medical history and several declining health conditions, she was denied life/burial insurance and the ability to work. She was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She loved baking, playing board/card games, and spending time with her family and friends. To know her was to love her due to her genuine kindness and generosity for others.

We are asking for donations to help relieve the financial burden of funeral expenses and to give my mom the dignified send-off she deserves.
