Donate to Cover Vet Care for Rescued Dogs
Donation protected
As my time in New Orleans comes to an end, I still have a bill to settle at Harahan Vet Hospital. The team there has been amazing in all the work they have done for dogs stuck in limbo. Because of them, I was able to save over two dozen dogs either through emergency boarding, emergency vet care, or even basic vetting needs to get these doggos to a rescue out of state. Most of my bills have been settled, except for the last few. Between four puppies that fought parvo and survived, two dogs with basic vetting that hitched a ride to Idaho, and a handful of other furballs that needed a place to land and spays or neuters before transport…that bill is more than I can cover.
The grand total is just shy of $2,500. Anything over will go directly into the vet’s Angel Fund, which covers care for any orphans animals they take under their wing.
