Donate to Ease Ryan's Medical Burden

Hello, my name is Brad. I’m starting this GoFundMe for my brother Ryan. On Saturday, 11/23/2024, I was woken up at 11:50 PM by my brother yelling my name. I jumped up to find him in pain, sitting on the stairs, pale, white, and sweating. At 11:57 PM, I made a phone call to have the paramedics come pick him up. By 12:15, he was at Alvarado Hospital. Shortly after I arrived, sitting in the waiting room, wondering what was going on, at 3 AM they took him to a room. I got to go in and see him, but he was still unresponsive to me with no acknowledgment. That night, I slept in my truck till 9 o’clock. I woke back up and went back inside to check on him, where he was still sleeping. As the day went on, I kept asking the nurses if they had any news on what could’ve possibly brought him in. They said they were running tests, doing bloodwork, CAT scans, EKGs, MRIs, and ultrasounds. The days went on with still no information on what was going on. On Tuesday, 11/26/2024, I got a text from my brother saying that he has a mass on his aorta. I was crushed. I went through a mix of different emotions, but I knew I had to stay strong for him. The picture above is me and him. He’s been my day-one guy. He’s been there for me and done everything for me, so I’m trying to help him out as much as I can. This is where you come in. I know he would never ask or never want to. As of right now, though, he isn’t working. It’s hard for him to stay standing for long periods of time without feeling nauseous, dizzy, or sick. I’m asking if you can help in any way to help relieve some of the stress of the medical bills, his financial bills, and let him focus on getting this resolved.
