Donate to Educate: Support AIM for Seva

Hello! I am Sahana Gopinath, a current 9th grade student. I am starting this fundraiser to donate to the AIM (All India Movement) for Seva Organization.

AIM for Seva was founded by Swami Dayananda Saraswati, and his goal was to provide the children of rural India with quality education and healthcare. Seva means ‘selfless service.’ AIM for Seva’s mission is to provide services to these underprivileged children. They have been changing the lives of underprivileged children through their chatralaya (Free student homes), schools, and hospitals.

The purpose of chatralaya is to give students from remote villages easy access to value based education. Chatralaya provides students with a nurturing home, nourishing meals, clothing, academic support, and activities that encourage students to develop life changing qualities such as discipline, life balance, creativity, and more! This winter, I will be visiting the chatralaya to teach the children for 2 weeks as a part of the GYLP program.

It's crucial to give these young ones the education they deserve, especially in their developmental years of life. This will lead to their lifelong success. I believe that every child deserves to be well educated in order to reach their true potential. Successfully raising $1,000 will go towards supporting the education, boarding, and healthcare of 2 children for a year.
