At More Than a Smile Foundation, we are committed to advocating for the rights, equality, and representation of refugees, immigrants, and low-income families in Kentucky. Since our humble beginnings as a volunteer tutoring service in 2016, we have grown into a beacon of hope for over 200 families, providing vital services such as mentorship, tutoring, financial literacy, and digital literacy programs.

Our mission is to foster academic excellence and self-empowerment within minority communities, ensuring that everyone has the resources and support needed to flourish. We strive to create a more inclusive and equitable future where diversity is celebrated, and all individuals have the opportunity to thrive.

Despite our passion and dedication, we are currently self-funded with the generous donations from community members and our board. Our limited budget makes it challenging to meet the growing needs of the families we serve.
