Hi Barn Animals!

We are doing it! We are moving to a new bigger and better space located across the street from The Barlow!

Our vision is to build a hub for health and wellness in West County where we can all prosper. The Barn 2.0 will incorporate all facets of living a resilient, joyous, strong and powerful life fueled by connection. Our preliminary plan is to take over a 3,500 sq ft suite. The initial expansion will include state of the art flooring with a section of turf, a new bathroom and shower (we know, we are doing it all over again), a sauna, cold plunge, a full time schedule of yoga with Shannan, in house body work, childcare, workshops…the list goes on!! 

With this vision comes some sizable upfront costs and we are reaching out to our community for some help. If you are in a place to contribute either financially or are able to lend a physical hand in the transition please reach out.

We are also welcoming skills such as social media, painting a mural, plumbing, construction background…you name it, we probably need it! ;)
