Donate to Feed Orphans in Moldova

Hello!

John Ebel, Jenessa Pak, and Jaron Pak are traveling to Moldova from Oct 31st to Nov 5th to help with humanitarian relief.

We will work with a Romanian partner to distribute food to a network of orphanages and feeding centers.

These heroic groups are struggling due to high fuel bills and cost of living created by the nearby war and a severe and worsening drought.

Last year, we distributed 27.5 tons of food across a large portion of southern and eastern Moldova, stocking the pantries of well over a dozen houses and shelters for the winter. This food lasted into April.

In 2024, the war is still raging, and the drought has gotten worse (last year, entire river beds were already bone dry). We are aiming to make a return trip to restock food supplies before another winter.

This is a powerful and direct way for us to collectively create a positive impact for those in need in Eastern Europe at the moment.

Moldova is already one of the poorest countries in the region, and the influx of refugees from neighboring war-torn Ukraine hasn’t made things any easier.
