Support to Free Emilio Machado

Hello everyone, this is my Father Emilio Machado pictured with his 3 sons. If you are reading this bio, you either know my Father pretty well or are really confused as to why the Machado family has a Gofundme for him.

My Dad was recently incarcerated in Palm Beach County jail for a civil fraud case. In a nut shell, he was in between sales transaction of heavy equipment and his bank froze the funds before he was able to disperse the funds to the customer. The fact of the matter is that I believe him to be innocent in the case and he was trying to get the money to that customer from the bank before he was put into jail for a separate unrelated civil case. He served 2 1/2 years in prison for that civil case and it has been officially closed sinced he served his full time. The problem now is this fraud case.

We created this Gofundme in order to pay for his bond and legal fees. His bond is set at $60,000 but he only has to pay 10% ($6k). We would also need additional funds for a lawyer that will help my Dad fight his case. If you feel compelled to assist my Dad with this fight, feel free to donate as much or as little as you feel. My Dad is a great father, man of God, and has such a kind heart. He has made some mistakes in his life but that does not deter from his character.
