Donate to Free Sara and Save Her Kids

My name is Nicole Murray and I am trying to get funds to help Sara Pickett.

This is to help children be removed from a dangerous situation.

She recently filed a Federal Civil Rights Deprivation lawsuit against Judge North Christopher Menges. Case number 1:24-CV-00537-DFB. Sara is pro se and legal fees are not needed.

This case stems from the father of one of her children, who is a tier III convicted child sex offender, requesting court-forced access to her children. One of the children is not related. This man, Kristoffer Hexter, committed the crimes of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse against a 14-year-old, child porn, and other crimes. He did this while on probation for child endangerment for Sara's children.

Judge Menges granted access to these children to the father of their abuser without cause. Bruce Hexter simply said he believes she may not let them see the children.

On Monday, Oct 7, Judge Menges had Sara locked up, and it is believed the children are being placed with the father of their abuser. This incarceration, labeled as contempt, is clear retaliation for the lawsuit.

Some of the purge requirements to get her out prior to 6 months include buying cell phones for the children and paying $250 of the $750 court fees.

Sara is now unable to work and will have no way to pay any of this. This will also help her to be able to pay her bills when she gets out as this is costing her her job.

Anything helps, and money will also be applied to her books.
