Donate to get my family out of the war in Gaza

I'm Yasmine Khaled, I’m 33.

I left Gaza not long ago, leaving behind my family, memories, and belongings. I couldn't bring my family with me, and now I see them unable to provide food, water, and a warm shelter. The danger is approaching them and I'm helpless to assist. That's why I have to turn to kind-hearted individuals like you for help.

Fortunately for me, my husband’s friend lives in Sweden, his name is Tawfiq

He will help me transfer the money.

I was able to get out of the war with my husband and children but I left behind my mother, father, brother, sisters, family, and everything I owned, knew and loved.

My

family consists of 12 people, including 4 children, all suffering from the horrors of this war.

My family have been living in a tent that provides no protection from the cold or fear for more than two months. There is no water, food, or electricity. The basic necessities of life do not exist in Gaza.

My sister gave birth in the tent, and my second sister cannot find winter clothes to warm her children or food to feed them. I was with them before I left Gaza. My children were crying from hunger. Along with all this suffering there is fear. Fear of the sound of planes, the sound of cannons and bullets, death and martyrs everywhere.

My sister’s baby. I pray for their lives all the time. I cry every day because I know how terrible the situation is, and I’m so worried for them. I love them all. I miss them deeply.

I hope to get them out of Gaza firstly to Egypt, where we are. At the start of the war, they were asking for $2000 USD to pass through to Egypt. Since increasing it little by little, it’s now $9000 USD. There are 8 adults that we have to pay this amount for.

I don’t like asking for money. I never have before. We had money, but now all is gone.

I am looking for people with a compassionate heart to help me collect money to get my family out of the scourge of war through the Rafah land crossing between Gaza and the Egyptian border. Any extra money beyond getting them out will help provide all other essentials for life.

I don’t know many people outside of Gaza. Help me find people who can let our story be known so we can save my family and be together again
