Hello all, my name is Julia and I'm raising funds for our beautiful friend and colleague Tatiana.

A couple of months ago Tatiana was taken to hospital with severe malaria she contracted during a trip with her dance group to Angola.

Her condition was critical for weeks and she was in an induced coma while the doctors fought for her life. Tati against all the odds wasn't going to give up and she is miraculously on the road to recovery now.

Unfortunately, in order to save her life, Tatiana had to undergo a bilateral lower limb and a bilateral forearm amputation.

She has been incredibly positive all the way through and she doesn't intend to stop pursuing her dreams. Tati can't wait to get back to work, where lots of friends are waiting for her, also she's looking forward to riding a bike and dancing again.

And this is where your help could make a massive difference to get Tati back to as normal, independent, and fulfilling life as possible. The technology of prosthetics is very advanced these days but it is also eye-wateringly expensive. The total cost for high-technology prosthetics can go anywhere from £50k to £160k!!

Life gave Tati lemons and we'd like to help her whip up the best freaking lemonade in the universe...

Everything we are able to raise will give Tati a better chance at overcoming this tremendous impediment and continuing to lead the gratifying life she so deserves.
