Hi, my name is Ciara O’Byrne, for those who know me you’ll know all about this little cutie and the drain pipe baby story.

For those who don’t, I have raised this little one since she was 5-7days old, her eyes only opened when I got her home and the first thing she did was show me how brave and strong she was with a little but giant hiss, her and her brothers were found by road workers in a drain, hence the nickname for them being “the drain pipe babies”. My little one over came so much in her first couple of months and survived against all odd which is why I adopted her as we became too close to split paths.

Anyway, she is 10 years old and has just been diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease, this is not the end of the world for her and I’ve been comforted by the vet by her story of her own cat who was diagnosed at the same age that with the correct diet and medication she could live another 5-10 years.

so, I’m asking for the help from my dear friends and anyone else who can to donate to give her that chance and kick start her recovery, so she can live out the rest of her life in no pain and comfort.

the first few bills are going to be pricey and all a need is a leg up to start her recovery with a big healthy bang.
