On January 12, 2024, at 2:58 p.m. Aldo Montoya was involved in a very tragic accident that took place on Hwy 43rd and Pond in McFarland. Tragically this accident took the life of the driver of the vehicle he was traveling in and severely injured him. Aldo was crushed and pinned inside the vehicle sustaining multiple external but more importantly internal injuries. Due to the severity of his injuries he had to be airlifted and is currently at Kern Medical fighting for his life awaiting surgery to repair the damage caused to his bones and internal organs. Unfortunately Aldo does not have health insurance, his wife and family are asking for the community support to raise funds to be able to provide him with the health care that he needs and will continue to need as he recovers. Aldo is the sole provider of 2 households, many people depend on his well being and his wife and family need him to recover.
