Our Story:

Established in 2015, ALWEH is a community-based mental wellness organization that

will give unrestricted access to counseling to underserved communities in parts of Northern and Southern New Jersey. ALWEH recognizes the lack of mental health professionals. To help combat this issue, our organization provides a means for counselors-in-training to gain the expertise required to help accelerate the completion of a degree program or supervision hours for licensure. Also, as a grassroots non-profit, we are always seeking sponsors, investors, and donations to raise money for future services.

Every donation supports the education and mental well-being of our patients who can not afford counseling services.

Our ​Mission:

To eliminate the barriers to mental health treatment in underserved communities throughout Essex, Union, Middlesex, Hudson, and Cape May Counties.
