Donate to help Angie kick cancer's ass!

If you know Angie, you know she'd be mortified we're running this fundraiser on her behalf. She is not the kind of person who asks other people for help. She gives what she has (time, energy, effort, advice, positivity) to everyone who is lucky enough to know her. She's the kind of mom, friend, coworker, daughter, sister, and aunt who celebrates and supports the people in her life. Now it's time for us to do the same for her.

In December 2023, Angie went in for a normal screening mammogram. After panicked looks from staff and a biopsy hurriedly scheduled and performed, she was diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma. They have estimated the mass at 5cm. She will be having a double mastectomy, reconstruction, and chemotherapy starting at the end of January.

We are asking for your help in raising funds to go towards Angie’s medical expenses during this fight. With Angie’s type 1 diabetes, the healing process is going to take longer than normal and she will be on short term disability during this time. With insurance deductibles, co-pays, prescriptions, and partial loss of income, any amount to help alleviate the stress of medical costs so she can focus on healing and get back to being the badass we all know and love would be appreciated!
