Donate to help Billy Anderson

UPDATE: 9.23.23. I saw Billy today and he is doing better, glad to be home and he looks good. Very appreciative of all the love and support.
Many of you probably know Billy Anderson, a life-long resident of Freehold, but for those that don’t, please allow me to share his story.
Billy has been a volunteer fireman in Freehold Borough for 23 years and currently serves as president of Monmouth Hose. He is a 22-year member of the Sons of the American Legion, which supports our veterans, and currently serves as Senior Vice Commander. He has participated in and raised funds for Relay for Life both in Freehold and New Egypt. Billy has also been a past chairman and dedicated volunteer on both the Olde Freehold Day and Halloween Spooktacular Committees, donating countless hours to give his community special memories.
If you need a volunteer, call Billy and he will be there. It’s obvious that Billy loves Freehold and has given back in many ways. And now it’s his time of need.
Billy recently had major surgery for throat cancer - his 23rd procedure/surgery - as he battles cancer yet again. As you can imagine, insurance does not begin to cover co-pays, deductibles, or a wide array of medications. And out-of-pocket expenses for travel to and from doctors and Mt. Sinai continue to add-up.
Your donation, in any amount, will help reduce these financial burdens and allow Billy to focus on healing and re-gaining his strength.
Thank you in advance for answering this call of support!
