Please help us buy some much needed equipment

We are the Welsh Border Wildlife Protectors; A newly formed group of experienced and dedicated individuals who strive to help our wildlife.

We predominantly focus on illegal fox hunts in our area of North Wales, Cheshire & Shropshire, which we try and attend twice a week.

Since we have started up as a newly formed group, we have mostly been attending the notorious Wynnstay Hunt, to support the amazing Cheshire Borderland Monitors.

In only a few weeks we have saved multiple foxes, gathered evidence of illegal hunting and illegal activity.

Being the start of the season, it’s already not looking good for them, so we will continue to apply as much pressure as we can.

We are in need of equipment to make us more efficient out there and one thing we feel is vital, is a drone.

This will enable us to get footage from a birds eye view, which will catch them in the act of illegally hunting from another angle, which would help towards prosecution.

It will also be useful when locating them and keeping an eye in areas we cannot reach.

We are also in need of other important equipment such as a hand held camera, radios, a dash camera and a body camera.

Protect The Wild have been incredibly generous and have donated a large portion of what the drone will cost, so a huge thank you to them to help get us started.
