Donate to help Chassity Rush after a house fire

Family and friends, I’ve come today with a heavy heart asking for a helping hand for one who is near and dear to my heart, Chassity Rush. On Monday afternoon, Chassity’s house caught on fire. We thank God that there were no fatalities and that no one seriously injured.
Thankfully, her eldest son, Gary, was home and managed to help everyone out of the house safely, while neighbors moved in quickly to provide assistance and call for help.
Although things ended without injury or death, they lost everything! The house has now become inhabitable and has left Chasstity, her 4 children and the three disabled clients she cares for homeless.
Chassity has always been someone that helps others and puts everyone before herself. She is always the first to run to the side of anyone in need and has been known to give out her last dollar. Chasstity is a caregiver through and through. Whether she is taking care of someone’s child, holding the hand of a grieving friend, or taking food to the homeless, she can be found rolling up her sleeves and working right along side of whoever needs her. Now it’s our turn to be there for her!
We are reaching out, asking for any size donation that you can manage. Whether it’s a $1, $100, or $1000 gift it will be greatly appreciated! Any little bit helps! Our prayer is that we will raise enough funds to get her and her family into an extended stay hotel for awhile or as a down payment on an apartment they can stay in temporarily while she figures out what their next steps are.
Financial assistance is not the only way you can help. Clothing donations, Gas cards, Gift cards are also being accepted. Please text or call Frederick Scott-Fields at [phone redacted] for more details.
